With access to water, kayaking is an expanding sport that is capturing the imagination of Dubai’s fun-seekers. It is a fun way to maintain the body that you have achieved through hard work. Volleyball burns calories effectively. It uses every part of your body. You get to use your arms, shoulders and chest to bump, spike and serve the ball; you use your legs to run through that sand and squat down to reach the volleyball; and your core to stay balanced while at it.

These fun activities are excellent to try out on the beach even when you don’t feel like working out. All you have to remember is to keep yourself hydrated, lather up on a wide spectrum sunscreen to avoid any skin damage, and wear a hat or a cap for sun protection.
